By downloading or using For the Kids (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App helps two co-parents organize the logistics of raising a child and produces a record of what was entered and agreed. It does not provide legal advice, does not represent you, and does not guarantee any legal outcome or that any record will be admissible in a given court. For legal questions, consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for using the App lawfully and respectfully. Do not use the App to harass, threaten, or endanger anyone. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple account, renew automatically until canceled, and can be managed or canceled in your device's Subscription settings. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment terms are governed by Apple's standard terms.
You retain ownership of the information you enter. The App stores it on your device; you control what you export or share. By design, the record is append-only - corrections are added as new entries rather than erasing history - so the record stays trustworthy.
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
